Where the Facts on This Wiki Come From

Every page on this site draws a line between what is officially confirmed, what is observed in a running game, and what is reported by the community but still unverified. This page explains that line so you can weigh a claim yourself.

Official Observed Community
Bottom line

Official facts come first, then observation, then community demand

When the official source and community opinion disagree, this site reports the official state and labels the community claim as unverified.

Level 1 · Official

Steam, developer news, and the official wiki

These are the ground truth. Version numbers, release dates, platform lists, and store features come from the Steam listing, the publisher, or the official community wiki. Pages mark these as Official.

Level 2 · Observed

Repeatable behavior with the version recorded

A mechanic that behaves identically across tests, with the build version noted, is labeled Observed. This covers things like how wet sand absorbs water or how a conveyor routes. Observation is strong, but it is not a promise the next patch keeps it identical.

Level 3 · Community

Demand signals and workarounds that need validation

Community marks what players report widely but this site has not yet confirmed against a fresh build. It is useful as a "check this first" hint, not as a substitute for verifying it yourself.

Recommendations are labeled

Advice is never disguised as developer rules

Suggested layouts and priorities are clearly presented as recommendations based on the evidence above. If a number or route is a best practice rather than a game rule, the page says so.
